You will find that in most cases you can find what is causing a malfunction more quickly and easily if you approach the problem systematically.

Test each stage one after the other in the following order:

	Power supply, display instrument....
	Receiver<=> display....
	Wireless connection<=> receiver....
	Transmitter....
	Sensor =>> transmitter....

The Instrument Serial Number
Each Instrument has a unique serial number. You will find it on the receiver.

The number is in hexadecimal i.e. it contains the alphanumeric characters 0 to 9 and A to Z.
Please make a note of the number and keep it somewhere safe. The number allows the exact identification of your model.
